Job Description
B US citizen or permanent resident only. /B BR BR B Position Description: /B BR Will be responsible for working with the Sales team to provide support and maintenance of systems, processes and data. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide CRM systems support and administration of Salesforce.com, including maintenance of sales representative and territory assignments, reporting, data entry, data clean-up, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality. Additionally, this individual will provide assistance with sales training (including systems and process training), project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, sales event planning, and accommodating user access requests. This position includes cross-departmental coordination, project management and general activities to assist the Partner Accounts management team. BR BR B Responsibilities: /B BR UL LI Gain the maximum benefit from the CRM system and processes by recommending and implementing best practices around CRM use and training LI Ensure CRM structure meets use needs, and define and implement changes as necessary to meet needs of Partner Relations users LI Responsible for data management and administration of Salesforce.com. Manage processes and tools that will maintain data integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data. Areas of focus include managing duplicate data, data aging, accuracy, and ensuring completeness of active data in the system LI Maintain reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales department to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels. Also provide report design and development to provide sales performance analysis to sales management, sales reps and other departments LI Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data LI Develop, maintain and distribute systems process documentation (CRM and Sales Process Manual) and deliver process training for the Partner Relations Organization LI Provides cross-functional support and assists management on projects as needed LI Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures LI Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes LI Deliver systems and process training to new hires and manage on-going Salesforce.com usability and efficiency training as needed LI Provide overall support and departmental coordination for Partner Relations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects LI Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization /LI /UL P B U Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: /U /B /P UL LI 4+ years progressive experience in business operations capacity LI Previous experience with CRM systems and/or other business reporting or Business Intelligence software required (Salesforce.com preferred) LI Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales and revenue goals) and cross-functional knowledge (Sales, Order Management, Marketing, Accounting, Legal and Finance) LI Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience LI Project management and training experience required LI Familiarity with E-commerce systems and integration of E-commerce with a CRM LI Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live web-cast delivery
