Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in SharePoint 2010
7+ years of experience in SharePoint InfoPath 2010
7+ years of experience with .NET, C#, and SQ
Hands on application development using API, CSOM, Web Services, Workflows (SP Designer, and VS), Web Parts, InfoPath, Branding, and Business Data Catalog (BDC).
Knowledge of HTML required
Knowledge of SharePoint administration and ability to use it out of the box
Strong knowledge of object oriented software development concepts and practices
Familiarity with relational database technologies and tools
Bachelor's degree or higher from a four year college or university in related field

Preferred Skills:

7+ years of hands on development experience integrating websites using 2010 or 2013 SharePoint
7+ years of experience in design and development of SharePoint Architecture
Knowledge of HTML 5 desired.
Strong knowledge of object oriented software development concepts and practices
Familiarity with relational database technologies and tools
3-7 years of experience with SharePoint design and implementation, especially for business process automation and/or document management
Waterfall or Agile development methodologies w Scrum
Knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation Server), MVC framework, and WCF services a plus.
Government contracting and consulting experience is strongly preferred
Excellent consulting skills with proven client facing experience
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required

Job Description

Futrend Technology is looking for a SharePoint Developer who will be responsible for creating technical design documents for new applications and initiate new application development efforts utilizing SharePoint technologies. He/she will work both independently and as part of a team including other developers, software architects and Project Managers to develop in-house and client applications on time and within corporate/customer parameters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Start new application development effort using SharePoint technologies; design, develop SharePoint site's architecture, governance and security/access control to meet client's requirements
Perform SharePoint site development working with developers; interact with customers and business analyst in gathering functional and business requirements
Work both independently and as part of a team including other developers, software architects and Project Managers to develop applications on time and within client parameters
Meet with user in gathering requirements; assist Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical requirements and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Perform peer review; assist to develop testing plan and test script; perform testing on application
Assist in configuration management and application deployment
Write technical design documents; assist in functional requirements document
Prepare and participate in executive briefings
Interact with users in issue resolution when needed
