Looking for a software developer with experience in computer security and very good knowledge of best security practices in SW development. Some of the job functions/experience include,

Very good knowledge of security concepts and basic knowledge of Vulnerability Management Process.
Previous experience as PSP (Product Security Prime) and/or Information Security Related Certification (e.g. CISSP) -a definite plus.
Previous experience taking a Product through certification process also a plus.
perform pre-assessment of vulnerability reports received via the PSIRT Process.
Review and help develop product specification as they relate to product security
assist the development team during the development to allow them to deploy and ship products that are free of (3rd party software) security vulnerabilities
Develop plan for countermeasures to address existing vulnerabilities on ongoing basis
Working knowledge of Encryption algorithms (e.g. SHA, AES etc) firewall, secure coding, and network vulnerabilities preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required.

Qualifications Qualifications -

Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters in Telecommunications/Electronics/Computer Science/Optics

Required work experience:
5 or more years of relevant experience in Telecommunications

- Shall be able to work with globally distributed teams in different time zones. Shall be reasonably flexible to work anytime as required to accommodate different time-zones.
- Shall be a good blend of people skills, technical depth and business knowledge.
