Sr. Specialist, Global Leadership and Professional Development

We are seeking a self-motivated, driven Sr. Specialist of Global Leadership and Professional Development who is results-driven, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We need a professional who is driven by an obsession to deliver the highest levels of quality and value to all customers.

Your Mission:
* Define learning programs for leadership, management, professional, and business management / business development skills for the Global Customer Success Division
* Design and deliver communication skills learning programs and maintain and further enhance an on-demand learning portal dedicated to communication skills development
* Co-lead our Emotional Intelligence curriculum design and delivery, including all assessment activities related to this program
* Collaborate with business leaders on development activities (speakers/activities/leader lead trainings) that are aligned with employee development needs and training plans for key initiatives, such as leadership development and management training
* Provide leadership and consultation on all sales-related training programs for Global Customer Success portfolio
* Engage internal subject matter experts as needed to address specific training needs
* Manage and expand leadership and professional mentoring programs throughout the organization
* Partner with fellow team members to design professional & leadership skills courses for our key career development programs (Consultant, Architect and Principal Programs, etc.)
* Track, monitor and report on the impact of development programs
* Co-manage external vendor relationships with executive coaches and leadership development firms
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to leverage their expertise and best current practices
* Research and recommend best practices in leadership development

Qualifications Needed for the Role:
* Five years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR ten years of experience of professional experience in developing and implementing one or more of the following: leadership & organizational development strategies, employee training, organizational change management, organizational improvement and/or process improvement programs, performance management programs and sales training programs
* Performance coaching experience and/or previous people management experience, required.
* Experience with business consulting or technology consulting organizations operating globally and in a virtual environment
* Demonstrated expertise as a leader with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to influence change and galvanize action
* Experience delivering training in a variety of environments- ILT, virtual classroom, WBT and asynchronous classroom
* Knowledge of adult learning theories and innovative training delivery methods, required.
* Demonstrated excellent oral, written, facilitation and presentation skills.
* Excellent project management skills. Must be adept at keeping multiple projects on track.
* Previous sales (inside, direct, indirect, etc.) experience and/or call center experience, a plus
* Occasional domestic and international travel required
