What will I be doing? The Senior Specialist/Analyst of Hilton HHonors Customer Acquisition will be responsible for helping grow the global membership of the Hilton HHonors program. The Team Member should be able to think out-of-the-box and be willing to take calculated risks to drive innovation. The Senior Analyst of Hilton HHonors Enrollments will also support the Senior Manager of Enrollments by collaborating with regional and global marketing teams and channel owners to set ongoing enrollment targets and lead initiatives to achieve those targets. The Team Member will develop customer, hotel, and/or partner-facing materials to articulate the relevant value proposition and support enrollments (on property incentive plans, etc.). Other key priorities are listed below: * Grow the global membership of the Hilton HHonors program * Be an out-of-the-box, innovative thinker comfortable taking calculated risk * Support the Senior Manager of Enrollments to partner with regional and global marketing teams and channel owners to set ongoing enrolment targets and lead initiatives to achieve those targets * Co-develop customer, hotel, and/or partner-facing materials to articulate the relevant value proposition and support enrolment (enrolment brochures) * Analyze the acquisition and enrolment programs goals by brand and regions * Suggest ways to optimize the enrolment process, with particular consideration by channels * Responsible for liaising with the partnership teams to determine opportunities for high-value, incremental acquisition * Support the design, budgeting and execution of targeted campaigns * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Detail-oriented, ability to think critically and analytically, and work independently * Strong quantitative and data analysis background * Excellent written communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint * Attention to detail and commitment to excellence * Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information * Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities in keeping with core strategic goals * Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
