Job Description
This is your opportunity to join our newly forming, uniquely focused high temperature design group working on power modules and breakthrough hi-temp technologies. We're doing what hasn't been done before and need the skills of two senior engineers to be the core of our unit. These are hands-on, individual contributor positions where you'll spend time designing and taking point in the lab. You'll bring the drive and form cohesive partnerships with others working on the projects, cultivating an environment that inspires innovation. If you want to use your skill-set to push the envelope and work at higher temperatures than ever before, this challenging role will engage and excite you and serve as the perfect platform to tap and expand your full range of talents.To be successful in this position you will have:
A bachelor's degree in in material science or engineering. A master's degree or PhD is preferred.
A minimum of ten years' experience in high temperature analog circuit design and applications.
Substantial experience with hybrid processes.
Experience with circuit design, component and process qualifications for high temperature products.
Familiarity with concepts such as Worst Case Analysis, Stress Analysis, Thermal and Thermal-Mechanical Analysis, Finite Element Analysis, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
