JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior Support Engineer
Global financialtelecommunications provider is seeking a support engineer to join the team to perform client side deployments, internal solution testing lab environments, and solution testing centers. Will perform proof of concept exercises and cater to exact customer requirements to successfully deliver project completions.
* Strong experience working with Windows Server OS, and good MS SQL hands on working knowledge
* Strong experience with supporting Voice, Data Networking, and storage platforms
* At least 3years of experience in providing high level technical customer support (within the above mentioned areas)
* Strong understanding of telephony principles, PBX, VoIP
* Very determined personality, hard working, intelligent
