Senior Tax Accountant - International
Responsibilities:Prepares U.S. international tax returns (Forms 5471 and 8858) and assists with local country tax returns (Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Assists with transfer pricing analyses, tax research, and planning. Monitors U.S. foreign tax attributes (E&P, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits). Maintains cash tax forecasting model. Assists with tax provision processes through liaison with local country finance teams. This role will assist with audit support at both the federal and local country level. Regularly exercises independent judgment and builds relationships within the Company. Qualifications:- BachelorDegree or equivalent work experience required.
- Significant technical knowledge and ability to successfully complete complex tax research projects.
- Five years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Demonstrated administrative skills.
