Senior Testing Analyst

Description
. Performs and leads processes related to testing activities for new software development systems and applications
. Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
. Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s)
. May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development
. Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
. Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle
. Ability to track and develop metrics for testing
. Experience implementing testing processes/methodology in large, complex, diversified, global organizations
. Experience with all types of major system development and deployment projects, especially using COTS solutions
. Experience with Facilitation, Database testing, Test Automation, Performance testing, Data driven testing, IT Strucured Software Testing, TestDirector, QTP, Testing Specialized, WinRunner,LoadRunner, QTP
. Acquires knowledge of the customer's business in assigned area and industry
. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
. Strong written and oral communication skills
. Strong analytical skills
. Proven problem solving ability
. Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly
