Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a highly-experienced Commercial Real Estate Developer to establish our newest Northwest Region based in Seattle, WA.

The market leader will be responsible for implementing a business plan with the goal of establishing Ryan Companies as a premier full-service commercial real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. Initial duties will include determining appropriate site location of the Northwest region, recruitment and selection of key staff, and development of the 3-year strategic growth plan. The position reports to the President of Ryan s Southwest Region, located in Phoenix.

Ideal candidates will be currently recognized as an expert and leader in the industry with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive broker and customer relationships; with the financial experience to underwrite project costs and feasibility; and with the strong communication skills needed to be effective in a collaborative organization.

We prefer candidates with 15-20 years experience in commercial development and construction in a design-build or negotiated construction environment. Excellent cultural leadership skills and customer relationship skills are a must.
