Be aware of club events and suggest participation to members. Create and maintain a pleasant experience for members and guests through positive public relations. Proper and articulate communication between all individuals and departments both verbal and written (i.e. communicate with kitchen about food orders; written ticket information for hostess, etc.) Follow all service policies and procedures taught to you through training and the asking of questions on your part. Confer with management regarding questions of policy or any problems that arise. Maintain neat appearance.
