The Server of the signature restaurants by Chef Richard Sandoval Baptiste & Bottle will be serving the finest in American Cuisine in a fun and modern tavern; Noyame, Chicago's premier roof top restaurant and bar serving Japanese cuisine with a Latin flair. The server is responsible for taking guest orders, serving food and beverages to guests in these restaurants continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability while ensuring all guests experience the unique and vibrant innovative combination of Chef Richards Sandoval's Latin ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create thrilling and sophisticated flavors. The Server of the signature restaurants by Chef Richard Sandoval Baptiste & Bottle will be serving the finest in American Cuisine in a fun and modern tavern; Noyame, Chicago's premier roof top restaurant and bar serving Japanese cuisine with a Latin flair. The server is responsible for taking guest orders, serving food and beverages to guests in these restaurants continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability while ensuring all guests experience the unique and vibrant innovative combination of Chef Richards Sandoval's Latin ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create thrilling and sophisticated flavors. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner * Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials * Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system * Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner * Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service * Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations * Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
