JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:Provides initial and on-going support to mid- and large-sized accounts with complex buying needs. Responds to service needs that do not constitute the core selling responsibilities of the (Sr.) Account Manager. Distributes catalogs, provides end-user catalog training, develops custom requisitions, and coordinates the replenishment of marketing materials. Conducts routine customer service calls. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years customer service or sales support experience.
Strong time management and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computers skills.
