Job Description

Summary:

The Service Enablement Specialist works directly with Account Managers across the country to craft Service Renewal Proposals for customers. This is a service price desk and support position pricing our proprietary brand of maintenance services as well as Polycom, Cisco, and Lifesize. Ability to work independently with little direction is a must.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services

* Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.

* Establish professional relationships with sales personnel.

* Interface with manufacturer s sites

* Field in-bound requests from Account Managers to quote and support new service



Required Skills

Skills and/or Abilities:

* Highly motivated individual who can work independently

* Have the potential and desire to quickly become technologically conversant about our Audio Visual product line.

* High attention to detail

* Excellent communications skills, organized and comfortable with on-line tools.

* Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

* Effective written and verbal communication.



Experience and/or Education:

* Service Contract or Warranty experience preferred but not required

* Purchasing experience, a plus but not required

* Familiarity with VTC technology a plus but not required



Abilities:
