JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR
LOCATION: VIENNA, VA
To troubleshoot; resolve and escalate problems related to ISD - supported hardware and software in a timely fashion. To interface with vendors and keep the end user informed of proper resolution efforts and updates to trouble tickets.

* Ability to assist people in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
* Action oriented and works well in a fast paced environment
* Strong team player skills.
NOTE: THIS IS A LEVEL I POSITION. PC EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT, THEY DON\'T NEED MAC EXPERIENCE.
