ROLE: ServiceNow Consultant
LOCATION: San Jose, CA
* ServiceNow Content Management System (CMS) -- all components, which includes Sites, Pages, Dynamic, Style sheets (mandatory to have hands-on development skills).
* Scripting in ServiceNow -- Script Includes: Business Rules, UI scripts, Clients scripts using ServiceNow's Scoped System APIs (Core APIs, Integration APIs), Server APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem etc. in Application scope).
* ServiceNow Workflows creation/customization.
* ServiceNow UI Pages, Scheduled jobs, ACLs, Policies, Notifications.
* ServiceNow IT Service Management configuration, customization and integration -- Incident, Problem, Change & Service Catalog.
* Logging and debugging in ServiceNow environment.
* Install/config CliQr scoped app in ServiceNow (CliQr has full documentation, just need basic ServiceNow configuration knowledge)
* Create custom ServiceNow workflows or integrate with existing ServiceNow workflows
* Integrate and customize ITSM such as Incident management, Change management, Service catalog.
