Pluribus International is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SharePoint Developer/Designer to join our team in either Fort Belvoir, VA or Fort Meade, MD. We are looking for someone who can provide unparalleled support to our customer and become the newest member of the Pluribus family.

Special Access/Access Eligibility: SCI
Education: HS Diploma or GED Required
- Minimum 5 years experience (SMEII)/Minimum 12 years experience (SMEIII) with a related field, such as Content Management, Knowledge Management, or on a software development team of project managers, developers, or architects
-2+ years of experience in developing SharePoint solutions with SharePoint technology, including SharePoint 2010 and 2013 and building workflows using SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013
-Experience with SharePoint training, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design
-Ability to work across the client organization and leadership chains to promote user adoption
-Demonstrate persistence to acquire design tools and system support
-Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
-Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Additional Qualifications Desired:
-Experience with DoD systems and applications development in an Army environment preferred
-Experience with integrating SharePoint Microsoft Office technologies, including Excel, InfoPath, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access
-Ability to identify user functional requirements and develop and maintain client relationships
-Ability to develop and design prototypes based on client requirements
-Possession of excellent listening skills, oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree preferred
-SharePoint 2010 or 2013 Certification
