Job Description:
This position oversees all aspects of administering the 2007/2010 IIS/SharePoint/SQL environment, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security. This position oversees the IIS/SharePoint/SQL infrastructure, user access and application deployment - it is the lead role in implementing IIS/SharePoint/SQL across the corporation. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web servers, equipment, and software related to IIS/SharePoint/Project Server infrastructure. Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new IIS/SharePoint/SQL based initiatives (Upgraded Versions, Third-Party Solutions, and Integration with additional Enterprise Systems). Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections. Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, team training, backup, restore and issue resolution. Work with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities, and propose changes that would make the IIS/SharePoint/SQL environment a more effective solution. Examine requirements documents and create technical design documents, assist unit test, system test and implementation plans for small to complex projects. Maintain and administer Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft SQL, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis; as well as perform as the IIS/SharePoint/SQL Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise IIS/SharePoint/SQL environment (understanding relationship with active directory, SQL, IIS, etc).
Sharepoint Solutions Architect

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years experience with SharePoint
Minimum 6 years experience IIS Manager and IIS 6.0 & 7.0 Architecture
Minimum 6 years experience with Active Directory (including LDAP queries)
Minimum 6 years experience with all aspects of Windows systems administration; including event, performance and capacity monitoring, planning and reporting.
Minimum 6 years experience utilizing environment performance and capacity management, including SAN IO distribution, LUN definitions, and backups.
Minimum 6 years experience with Sharepoint/SQL replication, backup and Disaster Recovery planning.
Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understands DNS, SMTP, Network Load Balancing, clustering and Windows firewalls.
Strong background on the Microsoft Technology. Especially Sharepoint 2007, Sharepoint 2010 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Shell.
Experience with Quest Tools for SQL Server, Quest Tools for SharePoint, Idera PowerShell Plus, and VMware(ESX, ESXi, Vranger).

* B.S. Degree and / or 8 years of equivalent relevent IT experience
Desired Qualifications:

* Strong inter-personal and communication skills
* Working knowledge of VM Vranger and Vreplicator
* Working knowledge of SQL server performance tuning, optimization of SSIS and SSAS debugging
* Practical knowledge of Windows, Sharepoint and SQL Server disaster recovery planning

Microsoft SQL server (MSDBA) 2005/2008 Certification
