Shift leads / Working food service Assistant Manager

Train while working in a fun, loud fast paced casual restaurant setting serving award winning food while working toward a Management role. Learning, retaining and applying all functions of the restaurant to ensure outstanding customer service and high quality products are delivered while mentoring and managing staff. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate food and world class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting each customer as the enter or exit the building, scheduling, managing staff, preparing food, cashiering, ordering supplies, while ensuring sanitary, compliance, and safety standards are being met at all times.
