The FlatTop division of Rexnord located in Grafton, Wisconsin is currently searching for a SHIPPING COORDINATOR. Rexnord TableTop conveyor chains are the product of choice for a diverse variety of businesses, including bottlers, poultry processors, can manufacturerseven the auto industry. Through the years, Rexnord has been responsible for technological advances in the design of conveyor chains and associated conveying components. SUMMARY: Coordinates activities for picking product for shipment within the facility, preparing items for shipment, receiving and putting away incoming product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and making adjustments to system inventory levels as required. Maintains equipment and follows instructions for the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience in material handling/shipping practices and procedures are preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The list is representative but not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
Files all deliveries and yellow shippers
Scans and emails all BOLs to corporate
Reviews all supplies before leaving and leaves order forms for boxes and supplies for Shipping Supervisor
After staged trailer pulls, creates collective shipment for following days Warehouse orders and Europe orders if not already created
Receives in any late POs or anything that day shift could not get to. Assists in putting away items that still need put away after receipt.
Lays out shipping area for next dayUPS skids, consolidation skids, etc.
Checks fill level on cardboard compactorwill do a weekly rotation for this for all four shipping personnel
Reviews end of day 5S duties and tool check
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Small hand tools, gauges, forklifts
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
* The use of Safety Glasses is required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Need to have knowledge of basic math, basic computer knowledge and experience forklift driving is a must.

The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be willing to work in a changing environment. This is a fast paced position that requires flexibility, willingness to help in many areas and an ability to work under pressure
