Siebel Architect-Technical Lead

Analyze, design, develop, test, maintain and implement large scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application using Siebel(Oracle); Apply in- Siebel Project Implementation Methodology, Best Practices in implementation and communication; Engage in resource and project planning; Engage in estimation and planning for the RFS (Request for Service) and Change Request; Provide technical assistance and mentor others in a team; Lead the technical team; Act as a Technical Architect to review the application and provide recommendation for better performance and better business processing using Performance Tuning of Siebel Application; Create custom component definitions, monitor components/jobs/tasks, tune components, and engage in code migration to different environments; Implement Siebel Integration with Oracle using Fusion Middleware and SOA architecture, IBM Websphere Business Integration (WBI) suite and SOA architecture with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes over full development life cycle; Perform all of the foregoing using; Siebel Configuration, Siebel EAI, Assignment Manager, Appointment Booking System, Siebel Upgrade, Workflows, Workflow Policy, Business Service, Serve side and browser side Scripting, Personalization Administration, Availability based Assignment, Bitmap Configuration and Enterprise Integration Manager, In Siebel Proposal, Presentation, Correspondence, Email Response, Inbound and Outbound Emails, PIMSync, IHelp, Search Administration, Haley Business Rule, Data Validation Manager, Customer Order Management and Product Pricing Administration, Siebel UCM, Cognos ReportNet, PL/SQL and Siebel Actuate Reports, Runtime Events and Action Set, Web Templates, Siebel Server Administration (in Windows, AIX, and UNIX environment) activities like installation of dedicated and mobile client on Windows, Database extract, User Administration; And apply knowledge of Pharma, Life Sciences, Call Center, Field Service, High Tech Industrial and Manufacturing (HTIM), Sales and Marketing domain in the field of IT definitions, monitor components/jobs/tasks, tune components, and engage in code migration to different environments. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation, below:
