As a National Agreements Site Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to act as a central point of contact for T-Mobile's field development teams, T-Mobile Sr. Leadership, and national cell site landlords (tower companies). You will be a subject-matter expert acting as a liaison and advocate for market development teams requesting support; interpreting, implementing, negotiating and enforcing T-Mobile's master agreements. While directing the life cycle activities for new and existing agreements, identifying solutions and managing reporting.Qualifications7+ years related experience within the wireless site development or similar project management, real estate development, or property management fields.2+ years management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience.Experience managing project plans, project schedules and associated project materials.General knowledge of accounting practices including budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable.Strong Excel Skills including the ability to perform v-lookups, conditional formatting, equation writing, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.Ability to negotiate vendor contracts, master agreements, cell site leases with any/all existing or potential landlords.Solid proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.Flexibility to travel up to 25%.DesiredExperience in developing and delivering professional presentations.Group facilitation, engagement, mediation and conflict resolution skills.EducationBachelor's Degree. Telecommunications, Business, Real Estate, Engineering or Legal preferred.Advanced Degree in Business, Legal or Project Management a plus.Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage T-Mobile's relationship with one or more national tower companies negotiate and drive network development results.Field questions and escalations from T-Mobile market teams, ensuring timely responsiveness and customer focus.Collaborate with inter- and intra-departmental stakeholders, coordinate across multiple departments and companies to drive efficiency and best practices.Identify areas of improvement and partner with fellow team members todevelop solutions, communications, or tools to contribute to T-Mobile's success.Critically review, understand and interpret master license agreements, site level agreements, amendments, and services agreements.Lead and participate in recurring national calls with tower companies and T-Mobile Regional Development Managers on a weekly basis.
