JOB DETAILS:

THE POSITION OF WHIDBEY, WA SITE MANAGER (SM) REPORTS TO CGD WEST COAST REGIONAL MANAGER. THE SM RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- ALL ASPECTS OF MANAGING THE WHIDBEY CI SITE, WHICH INCLUDE ADMINISTRATIVE, PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND ALL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS.

- COORDINATE WITH THE COR TO ENSURE ALL CONTRACTUAL ASPECTS OF THE CONTRACT ARE COMPLETED.

- PROVIDE ALL WRITTEN REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE AS STIPULATED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK.

- ENSURE ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE CURRENT AND CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT.

- MAINTAIN PERSONAL CURRENCY AND CERTIFICATIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT.

- MAINTAIN AN EFFECTIVE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ALL PERSONNEL WITH APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION IN THEIR TRAINING JACKETS.

- UPDATE AND MAINTAIN ALL PROGRAMMATIC INSTRUCTIONS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO CURRENT CGD QA AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

- PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE REGIONAL MANAGER.

REQUIRES MENTAL ALERTNESS AND ACUTE CONCENTRATION FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME DURING TRAINING SCENARIOS. ABILITY TO FOLLOW WRITTEN AND VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN ENGLISH. PHYSICAL ABILITY TO WALK, STAND, AND/OR SIT FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME (2 HOURS+), BE ABLE TO CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS IS REQUIRED.

MUST PRESENT A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE IN DEMEANOR AND DRESS AT ALL TIMES.

THE SITE MANAGER MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED HIS ABILITY TO MANAGE A SITE AND WILL BE A CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR. MUST HAVE BEEN AN EA-18G NAVAL TRAINING AND OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARDIZATION (NATOPS) QUALIFIED AIRCREW MEMBER (PILOT OR ELECTRONIC WARFARE OFFICER (EWO) WITHIN THE PRECEDING FIVE (5) YEARS AND HAVE A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) DEPLOYED FLEET TOUR IN THE EA-18G AND HAVE FIVE HUNDRED (500) FLIGHT OURS IN THE EA-18G, OR HAVE BEEN A DESIGNATED EA-18G CI WITHIN THE PRECEDING TWO YEARS. TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENCE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE GOVERNMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, SPEAK, AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY. A CONTACT INSTRUCTOR SHALL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE EA-18G NATOPS OPEN BOOK, CLOSED BOOK AND BOLDFACE EXAMS AND ANNUALLY RENEW QUALIFICATIONS WITH THE GOVERNMENT. CIS SHALL HAVE A DEMONSTRATED UNDERSTANDING OF THE EA-18G; MISSION; CREW PROCEDURES; TACTICS; FLEET REPLACEMENT AIRCREW SYLLABI; FLEET READINESS SQUADRON CURRICULUM CHANGE PROCEDURES; AIRCRAFT WEAPONS EMPLOYMENT; AND CURRENT THREATS.

THE APPLICANT MUST BE A US CITIZEN, POSSESS THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A US PASSPORT AND MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVER\'S LICENSE

APPLICANT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A GOVERNMENT SECURITY INVESTIGATION AND MUST MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
