This position is located in Glendale, California. Responsible for supervising Clinical Engineering Services (CES) staff at a hospital, complete projects, department site budgets for CES and ensure local staff completes yearly training. Will work with and, when appropriate, take leadership in Clinical Equipment planning and other projects as requested by the hospital leadership and CES leadership, bringing value to the project or planning. Assist our hospitals by advising Site Leadership on the selection of capital equipment, while helping the Adventist Health hospitals with standardization of equipment by complying with our Premier contracts. Graduate of BMET program and possess a B.S. Additional experience may be substituted for some of the required education, completion of an advanced military electronics school may be substituted for the technical education. Have advanced electronics experience and education, at least 8 years experience in the repair, maintenance and calibration of medical equipment. Must have a valid drivers license. Full time Day shift
