We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join the team that is leading our innovative partnership with Houston Independent School District (HISD) to transform their teacher and human capital management systems. The Site Manager will work from our Houston, Texas office. � TNTP will offer a relocation stipend to help defer the cost of moving for out of state candidates. This role is available full time. However working part-time is an option. � This role is available immediately.

Responsibilities

The Site Manager role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to have a profound impact on career opportunities, compensation and evaluation for teachers in HISD. Through work with the Career Pathways and Compensation team, the Site Manager will be responsible for helping roll out a new plan for teacher career pathways and compensation that systematically allocates district resources to rewarding excellence and retaining top performers. This individual will also have an opportunity to support the implementation of the new district-wide teacher appraisal and development system.

Specific responsibilities will include:


-Supporting the implementation of compensation and evaluation processes, helping to ensure that key milestones are met and that the project team (and other contributors) stays on track
-Coordinating and managing a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure timely, ongoing feedback loops and investment of HISD staff, including School Improvement Officers, principals, and teachers
-Collaborating with team members (including TNTP and HISD staff) to aid in the execution of a new teacher career pathways and compensation plan
-Developing tools and resources in real time to
