people as they build the highest level of independence possible, building better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.
RHD-Pittsburgh (Community Passages and Bridges programs) is seeking to hire a Residential Supervisor to manage two sites with individuals who are diagnosed with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities in the North Hills and Allegheny
Valley areas of Pittsburgh. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overall management of the sites they supervise and all staff working in the sites.
Duties include, but are not limited to, providing instruction, assistance and role modeling for the staff and individuals, financial management, medication monitoring, crisis management, scheduling, participate in on call duties, attends interdisciplinary meetings,
monitors and attends trainings, monitor and approval of staff time sheets, demonstrate strong communication skills and flexibility.
Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a HS/GED. Prior experience working with individuals with significant and persistent mental illness preferred. Prior experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors is desired. Management experience is also preferred. A valid
Driver's License required. Program specific training will be provided.
