SDI is looking for a Social Business Manager - Social Operations/Data Management for a 12 month contract for our client located in Austin, TX - Remote

The Client Marketing and Sales Content Services Organization (MSCSO) are looking to hire a Social Business Manager who will be responsible for executing a social marketing strategy for a Client business initiative.
To succeed, the candidate must be dedicated to researching, identifying and executing best practices that connect social media tactics to team objectives.
Work with assigned Client team to execute a comprehensive social media strategy set forth by the social strategists
Craft social posts for brand social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+
Manage social content submissions from team members, SMEs and internal stakeholders
Schedule social content in various tools for publication, including Percolate and VoiceStorm
Assist the team with social and marketing projects as needed
Support social media activities related to Client conferences or events (either in-person or remotely)
Ambition and enthusiasm to learn and develop skills in fast-paced work environment with ability to effectively prioritize workload to hit deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
Keen attention to detail ideally as it relates to data entry experience
Demonstrated ability to research, learn and communicate about emerging social trends and technologies
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
While this is a social position, it's not a traditional SBM role with channel (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) management.
This role is more operations and data entry support to manage social content requests from different areas of the business and schedule it in publishing platforms.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Business experience with social networking platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google+

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

BS/BA degree
One year experience in communications or public relations, specifically developing social initiatives
Social experience in the consumer technology space
Experience training and coaching individuals and teams on how to grow their social eminence
Experience managing blogging platforms such as WordPress
Experience with social content publishing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sysomos, Rival IQ, Spredfast, Percolate and Expion
