Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for a Social Media Projects Lead in Glenlake Parkway NE, Atlanta Ga, 30328. This position is for Adecco?s client who is the World?s Largest Brown Package Delivery Company. This individual is responsible for proactively managing and coordinating projects that impact corporate business strategies and performance. The Communications Project Lead professional oversees all aspects of projects and is responsible for their coordination and completion. The Analytics Supervisor needs to be passionate about analytics, an effective communicator, self-motivated and able to manage multiple business priorities concurrently.

The Social Media Analytics Supervisor will be responsible for a combination of social media monitoring, capturing data analytics, and developing reporting on various social media marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor company-owned social media marketing channels and mentions of across priority social media networks
Inform and efficiently help enhance business activities and initiatives through collection, analysis and presentation of social media data
Work with multi internal company functions to measure program results
Maintain a social media analytics tools and reporting structure to produce comprehensive reports tied to social media marketing performance, measured against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Provide regular reports/metrics to key stakeholders that measure against established KPIs
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant large-scale internet development engagements in project management and business work experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, or Business Communication major preferred. Candidate must possess well developed people skills, problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, is required.
Advanced working knowledge of social media tools including, but not limited to, Sysomos, TrackMaven, Simply Measured and FB, TW analytics.
Experience in analyzing large volumes of data and converting that data into easily understood and actionable recommendations, including the development of professional, client-facing documents and reports
MS office skills. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills in data manipulation and presentation.
Demonstrated project management skills
Highly collaborative and able to build strong working relationships at all levels
Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple priorities
Understanding of data visualization techniques

Experience working within or managing oversight of branding or digital/social agencies - Preferred
