Description:
The Employer Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible
for defining, maintaining, and promoting PerkinElmer s
unique employer brand. You will create the outreach that
will communicate our mission, core values, culture, and
our commitment to social responsibility. You will build
the story of what it is like to work at PerkinElmer on a
day-to-day basis and your efforts will engage the right
talent and build a pipeline of individuals aligned with
the company and its goals. You will work closely with
the Marketing and Corporate Communication teams to
ensure alignment and consistency in all brand messaging.
Responsibilities include:
* Culture Messaging:Work closely with corporate
communications to ensure the PerkinElmer culture
message that is shared internally is consistently
and appropriately shared externally
* Social Media Recruiting:Builds and executes the
social recruiting strategy.Includes identifying
appropriate social media platforms/channels,
objectives, and content to build a best-in-class
strategy
* Curates social media content and responds
accordingly and while measuring success
* College & Organizational Partnerships:Builds
strategic partnerships with key colleges and
organizations (i.e. military placement agencies,
outplacement services, etc.)
* Employer Brand Materials:Assesses need and initiates
the development of all materials that addresses the
PerkinElmer employer brand.Includes print material,
written company descriptions, the creative side of
our career site, employment advertisements, etc.
(partners with Marketing to execute the creative)
* Source Identification:Assists Talent Acquisition
team in identifying best possible and creative
sources to attract a wide variety and diverse
population of candidates
* Build candidate pipelines by partnering with
recruiting team and hiring managers to develop
sourcing strategies to meet current and future
hiring needs
* Leverage candidate-facing communications, social
media, and video to convey the corporate culture and
candidate/employee experience
Requirements:
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Communications
* Strong interest in utilizing social/digital media
* 2+ years experience in a social media outreach
* Previous success of building an employment brand
strategy on social media & digital platforms desired
* Global experience preferred
