Specific Responsibilities
• Drive strategy for social media engagement for America’s Job Exchange and its customers.
• Develop calendar for social media communications where relevant.
• Manage communications on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other channels on a day-to-day basis
• Create and launch videos on YouTube channel
• Report on social media metrics (Likes, followers, etc.) and monitor customer sentiment and conversations
• Stay on top of trends, new developments and relative performance of competitors using related platforms, tools, and promotions
• Reach out to bloggers and influencers within the Job Seeker & Employer social community
Required Skills and Experience:
• 2 – 3 years of experience using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for a corporation, PR agency, or advertising agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
