healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre
suburban campus. We are minutes from Philadelphia and we
serve Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The
Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health
services to children, adolescents, adults, and their
families. Programs and services are located on the main
campus in Ambler, Pennsylvania, as well as satellite day
hospital program in Springfield, Pennsylvania, Delaware

We are currently accepting applications for Per Diem
Inpatient Weekend/Day Shift Social Worker. The Social
Worker provides clinical social work services on a
designated unit in a manner consistent with the
philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the
NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial
assessments, individual, group and family therapy,
participation in treatment team planning, processing
commitments, discharge planning/case management service,
crisis intervention and liaison services with referral
sources and other departments within the hospital.
Master's degree in social work and LSW/LCSW required.
3-4 years working with varied patient population
required. Knowledge of group therapy theory and
processes, therapeutic relationship processes, age
specific growth and development issues, limit setting
and behavior management required. Prefer knowledge of
case management, discharge planning, group leadership
skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and
behavior management, family therapy theory and practice.
Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to
units providing care to varied populations including
children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually
diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
Prefer knowledge of case management, discharge planning,
group leadership skills, age specific growth and
development, crisis and behavior management, family
therapy theory and practice.
