We are seeking a quality Software Architecture to join our awesome team! This is a direct-hire position with Mon ? Fri full-time schedule in Morton Grove, IL 60053. Salary is up to $115,000 DOE with a great full benefits package provided.
The Software Architect role is a high-visibility career opportunity for an outstanding development professional with an outstanding architectural design background and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate for the Software Architect role will be able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment and actively participate in the development process.
? Design, develop and implement software solutions to complex business problems.
? Provide technical leadership and architectural blueprints
? Perform module/function spec design and development under our custom framework
? A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
? Evaluate, recommend and/or implement tools, technologies, designs and processes to ensure a high quality product platform that is responsive to market needs.
? Collaborate and partner with peer development organizations, product management, quality assurance, and third-party vendors to produce innovative solutions and drive company's strategic goals.
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent majors.
? Minimum 4 years of experience in software design and architecture
? Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
? Experience operating and scaling high-volume, multi-browser, multi-tier integrated complex custom web-based applications built with heterogeneous technologies.
? Experience with shopping cart development and custom eCommerce software development
? Solid experience in MVC, C# .NET, ASP.NET, WCF, ADO.NET
? Has insight on SOA design model
? Demonstrate excellent understanding on OO and Agile concepts
? Distributed web solution experience is desirable
? Experience in fast growing team is preferred
? Experience in social networking product is preferred
? Experience in ERP products is preferred
