Welcome to DevOps - the team responsible for implementing, engineering, executing, tracking, and documenting projects to maintain stable and efficient builds and deployments. The challenge of managing Production Deployments for all of Concur's Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings within a cloud computing environment awaits you. Game On?

Responsibilities:

* Work within a centralized source code management & product configuration management system, including source code change control and versioning, build and deployment engineering

* Communicate change process for Production & R&D environments of Concur services to all stakeholders.

* Be able to provide build, deploy and package engineering for all Concur application services on a 24 hour rotational scheduled basis (as needed) while partnering with global team members.

* Provide guidance and instruction to operations/qa/development teams in Jira bug tracking configuration management tool and workflow process.

* Ownership of deployment automation projects for Production systems with 3rd party tools

* Provide training and support to R&D team members on source code environment and procedures.

* Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Education, Experience & Training required:

* 3+ years of product build and configuration management experience.

* Basic workflow and engineering experience with Jira bug tracking and Hudson/Jenkins build tools preferred.

* 2-4 years experience setting up and monitoring variety of build servers required in combination with Windows, Unix, SQL and mySQL server administration

* 2+ years demonstrated working knowledge and skills of Bash, CMD, Ant and Cygwin scripting languages.

* Good understanding of Virtual Technologies; VMWare, OpenVZ etc…

* Familiarity with Unix development projects.

* BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

* Ability to pass a background check.
