Qualifications: Information Technology seeks to hire a dedicated professional who is committed to exemplary customer service. Candidate must possess excellent project management, technical writing and oral communication skills. This individual must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment, manage complex projects; represent the organization in dealings with customers and vendors, and render sound business decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with three years relevant experience or a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years relevant experience with application administration. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent technical skills and experience to include the following: * Experience in administering and managing an enterprise level application. * Ability to perform application administrative tasks: installation, configuration, and testing. * Hands on experience setting up and configuring application servers and related infrastructure. * Able to develop and implement proactive monitoring and performance tuning strategies. * Able to work with development and functional teams to resolve problems and deploy system enhancements. * Experience automating routine tasks using scripting. * Thorough understanding of networking connectivity. * Experience and familiarity with Windows technologies * Strong and effective documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Results oriented, and able to achieve set objectives while managing competing priorities. * Understanding and experience with SQL databases.

Experience in the following is a plus: * Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 (SCOM) and integration with other system monitoring and management products (e.g. HP Service Manager). * Working knowledge of Power Shell * Microsoft System Center Orchestrator Runbook Designing or the comparative skills * Experience with SCOM 2007/2012 administrative tools, management packs deployment for products like Windows 2008 and 2012 server OS, Exchange server, BizTalk server, SharePoint server, Internet Information Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory/WINS/DNS/DHCP servers *Experience with other components of System Center Configuration Manager

Responsibilities: Participate in the design, implementation, installation and troubleshooting of SCOM servers to meet the functional objectives of the business. * Participate in the design, implementation, installation and troubleshooting of Orchestrator Runbooks to meet the functional objectives of the business. * Participate in the planning and design of product upgrades, updates and recovery as needed for the SCOM infrastructure. * Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of various SCOM management packs and Orchestrator Runbook; researching, analyzing and implementing software patches or system deficiencies in coordination with the Server Support Team and other SME personnel. * Perform necessary maintenance such as security patches, service account password changes and updates, service installations, scripting and other related duties as assigned. Provide off-hour support as operational needs occur. Must be available for on-call support.

Candidate must be able and willing to travel within the Company's service territory as needed. The applicant must be willing to work overtime, be on call, and respond to emergencies.
