As our up-and-coming Software Engineer based in Austin, TX your mission is to design, develop, debug and unit test firmware for high-performance (40-100 Gbps) converged network adapters. You will work closely with a team of highly talented host software and firmware engineers to develop an enterprise class solution for our next generation products, furthering our leadership position in the converged networking arena.

Skills you bring to Emulex:
-C language programming and knowledge in Assembly-Exposure to storage and network technology a plus!
-Exposure to one or more of the following protocols either professionally or as a graduate project: TCP/IP, Ethernet, FC/FCoE, Fibre Channel, RDMA,iSCSI, RoCEE or Infiniband-Experience with network analyzers and logic analyzers is a plus!-Knowledge of PCIe desired
