JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperior Group is looking for a Software Quality Engr Asc - Level 2 for our Client located in Orlando, FL.
This requirement is for a Systems/Software Quality Engineer to support the Client-STAR Product Line & eCASS programs in the Client Training Logistic Training (TLS) Line of Business in Orlando, FL.
The position will interface directly with the F-35 Client-STAR Quality Program Manager (QPM) and will functionally report to the F-35 EQA Center of Excellence (COE) Manager.
Candidate will have a background in implementation of Software Quality Engineering techniques, best practices and business processes within Engineering Lifecycles and production Projects.
The candidate will be responsible to support testing and performing quality analysis of performance metrics.
The position will require the individual to work with the integrated product teams including, systems, software and test engineers and configuration management to help drive the successful implementation of projects, tasks and technical deliverables.
The candidate will perform Verification & Validation (V&V) tasks and will perform independent oversight of projects and tasks critical to the program within a team environment.
The candidate will have strong decision making capabilities.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years SW QA Experience
Minimum of 3 years Product and Process Auditing Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Configuration Management
Minimum of 3 years Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience and Working knowledge of C++ and ATLAS
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience using CM and Test tools within a large program environment.
Knowledge of AS9100
Knowledge of Test Tools (National Instruments TestStand)
