Job Description:

Recruit Veterans is currently seeking a Software Test Analyst 3 for our client in Austin, TX. Position DutiesDevelop, publish, and implement test cases/test plans for large complex, C#, .Net computer application Batch functionality within CMBHS.Work under limited supervision. Work with Business Partners to analyze and assist developers in debugging CMBHS.Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports.Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.Other reasonable services as necessary to ensure that the tasks listed above can be successfully performed.Work closely with CMBHS Project Manager to ensure resources are properly coordinated to complete project task assignments. Experience Required8 years testing knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis.8 years experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS).5 years experience testing MS Biz Talk Server HIPPA transactions, #C and .net programming.5 years experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.4 years experience using automated testing tools such as HP/ALM.4 years experience with UI design using Visual Studio 2010/2008.4 years experience with XML, EDI, HL7, and HIPAA transactions. Experience Preferred5 years expertise testing batch transactionsExcellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels5 years knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies5 years experience working with Government agenciesKnowledge of industry best practices and standardsAbility to analyze problems and develop solutionsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of Accessibility standards and testing tools5 years of experience using TSQL.
