This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an outstanding team of engineers developing products for the leading Cable providers of the world. The teams Workforce Management products are used to manage tens of thousands of technicians worldwide on a daily basis, and are considered mission critical systems for our customers operations. In this role, you will develop customer-facing cloud-deployed software products that save our customers millions of dollars.

You will be a key member of a product development team consisting of product developers, product managers, and customer application experts charted with rapid development of mobile workforce management software. Were looking for someone with proven experience developing enterprise systems and has interest in cloud deployed solutions.

You will:
Collaborate within and across product, customization, and customer teams to design and develop enterprise class mobile and web solutions deployed in and integrated with Microsoft Azure Provide complete integrated solution design across multiple products and systems
Generate and communicate designs and product documentation
Initiate design changes and provide engineering support to assess customer needs and solve field issues.
Provide technical team leadership and solution guidance
Perform other duties as required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Excellent knowledge of cloud architecture and practices
Excellent knowledge of C#, Java, or other development languages
Excellent knowledge of REST, JSON, and web service technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with SQL and NoSQL data stores
Familiar with HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Ability to deal with complex systems and situations, to analytically identify cause and affect relationships, perform root cause analysis, and assist in logically developing action plans.
Able to work and partner with and developers, marketing, technical support and members from other teams. Knowledge of secure systems and practices a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS a plus
Knowledge of native mobile development a plus
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, BitBucket (git), and Bamboo a plus
Prefer 10 years experience

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of software engineering experience.
