Solutions Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a new position that will support the Energy Solutions Origination team, as well as solutions in general. This position will be responsible for interacting with the regional sales teams regarding data collection, as well verifying account information in order to accurately generate Solutions proposals and provide office support for the field origination tea.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and verify natural gas, fuel oil and electric usage information.
- Understand product offerings in order to prepare proposals and presentations.

- Assist in all aspects of sales and marketing sales support as required.
- Interact with other internal departments in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in marketing, accounting or related field, or equivalent business experience.
- One to three years experience in a sales and marketing or customer service environment. Energy industry experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Internet search engines.
- Must be detail oriented with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work in a high volume work environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work as team player.
- Ability to work with limited supervison.
- Flexible, proactive and resourceful

- Ability to take charge of projects and be outcome focused
- Plan meetings and conference calls using Microsoft Outlook calendar, teleconferencing

- Additional support to other Solutions team members when required

- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements with external provider
- Position is based in Woodbridge, NJ.
