Sorts products into various ATS's and forwards to appropriate departments for preparation for shipping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The following statements describe the general nature of work being performed in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management):
Scans barcodes in sort station and on the products (books).
Places products (books) into proper sort locations.
Checks products (books) to ensure shipments are of the highest quality.
Forwards completed containers to appropriate departments for preparation for shipping.
High school education or equivalent and up to three months experience.
High degree of accuracy and organization.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to managers and employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Day and Night Shift Openings: 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 3:30 pm-12:00 am
$12.00/hr on days, $13.00/hr on nights, plus incentive opportunities
Bridgewater, New Jersey Facility
