li Responsible for sourcing new candidates and attend job fairs /li li Maintain calendar updates, match recent college graduates and document changes /li li Respond to candidate general inquiries over the phone and via email /li li Support team with managing and entering applicants as needed /li /ul

li Previous campus recruiting or coordination experience preferred     /li li Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred but not required /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Google Docs /li li Must speak conversational Spanish!   /li /ul
