Superior Group is looking for a Sourcer / Recruiter for our Client located in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsible for delivering the volume, caliber, and needed disciplines of college and intern talent within the specified timeframe.
Sources and screens diverse, qualified college talent for hiring managers to interview.
Matches candidates to multiple requisitions to maximize interview and selection opportunities while minimizing costs for the company.
Obtains feedback from hiring managers about the quality of candidates interviewed and selected; documents feedback and utilizes to adjust sourcing and recruitment accordingly.
Ensures hiring select candidates within specified timeframe for type of hiring event and that they identify alternative selections.
Participates in hiring events.
Prepares and extends offers within the specified timeframe (same day, within 24 hours.) based on type of hiring event.
Negotiates offers with selected candidates, provides insight into Clinet’s benefits, career paths/opportunities, and other competitive features that differentiate our company.
Ensures candidates respond within the specified timeframe.
Consults and guides hiring managers on counter offers.
Utilizes planned workflow process to address requisitions that are not filled via an event to ensure they continue to be sourced and filled within the requested timeframe.
Identifies and documents process gaps and opportunities to continue to evolve the process and provide users with a positive experience.
Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise.
Delivers data driven recruiting solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the field/discipline of Human Resources.
Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting in Talent Acquisition practices, processes, documentation, and regulations.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition recruiting for high volume hiring, such as college and intern, as well as participating in high volume hiring events.
Demonstrated experience recruiting in practices, processes, documentation, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed.
Demonstrated ability and experience consulting with leaders and candidates on the process, expectations, timeframes, and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context.
Demonstrated basic understanding and application of key recruiting metrics to track progress and drive performance.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to process changes and hiring adjustments.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, and business acumen.
Must demonstrate basic financial acumen
Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, BrassRing) and current applicant tracking systems.
