Job Description

The Sourcing Sales Executive for meetings will lead the sales effort to drive incremental meetings sourcing sales across North America. In addition to identification and development of new prospects; existing American Express channels such as business travel sales, client management, commercial card and targeted expansion growth of existing meetings clients are key to delivering results.

The role will focus on hunting, developing and closing event sourcing opportunities within our middle and large segment clients and prospects across North America. The candidate must have a proven track record in selling and influencing prospects, thought leadership, and actively managing and growing a pipeline. Candidate must also have proven knowledge of the meetings and or hotel industry, have strong industry reputation, and ability to hunt and sell meeting specific solutions to meeting owners within corporations.

Home-office based position located in the Tri-State area.
