Blu Star Grill located at 120 Market Place, Mooresville, NC 28117 is looking for a Sous Chef who is customer service focused, communicates well with other staff members, can follow standardized recipes, enjoys a fast paced enviroment and has at least 3 years experience. This position is a permanent with 50 - 60 hours per week.
- ability to work all station and run the kitchen
- provide leadership and training of personnel
- motivate and build a strong team
- order and maintain inventory
- manage and direct other employees
- maintain high quality of food and plate presentation
- ServSafe Certified or ability to become certified within 60 days of employment
