Strategic Intent It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for the Management and Leadership of the Gardemanger/Culinary/F&B operation and of the hotel. Duties and Responsibilities Planning of all food requisition in a timely Manner are required Follow Amenity Program Being supportive to the Team, Teach and Learn All Gardemanger essentials Ice & Vegetable Carvings Control the Effort of superior Cleanness thru out all Culinary Departments Communicating between all departments to support there efforts Coordination of all Banquet Events Ensure food standards and presentation are maintained and always improved Organize food production in an cost effective and hygienic manner Education and Training High School Diploma or Equivalent Two year degree or Apprenticeship Up to Date Sanitation Classes Experience and Skill Requirements Minimum of 2 years management experience in a high volume establishment (ref. 46303)
