With 133 beautifully appointed guest rooms, adjacent to a privately owned marina, The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina offers our restaurant concept, Saltwater. Saltwater, which is adjacent to Bowen's Wharf, extends a serious casual high-volume restaurant. It features indoor and outdoor seating, as well Banquet facilities and other Food and Beverage alternatives throughout the seasons. This position will require skilled planning and prepping to provide quality food and service in all areas of food production.
