The award winning Four Diamond Le Meridien Tampa is searching for a passionate Sous Chef to add to our service driven team of professionals for our in-house restaurant, Bizou Brasserie and banquets. Candidate must have the ability to create a positive experience for every guest by producing excellent food offerings. Ability to effectively supervise purchasing, preparation, cooking and service of both restaurant and banquet meals. Will assist Executive Chef in directing all kitchen food personnel including efficient scheduling for food employees per budget and labor model. Ability to build a reliable, consistent kitchen team that shares goals of excellence in achieving Revenue and Profit goals, Cleanliness and Overall Satisfaction/Experience scores from our guests. Maintains all state and local required training certification records for kitchen employees and ensures that all sanitation rules, laws and regulations are followed to include Maximum Hospitality inventory controls.
