South Asian Language Instructor MD

Title: South Asian Language Instructor MD Location: USA MD Fort Meade Other Locations: Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and presents complex language training materials and programs for customers and in house employees. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex language and area studies topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent and two to four years of related, adult, language instruction experience. A native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 4 in reading, listening and speaking in the target language; OR A non native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in the target language. Desired Language(s): Farsi Urdu Desired Qualifications: Five years of target language instruction experience Master's degree in Education, Linguistics, or Area Studies. nullIndustries: Computer Services
