Department Remede Spa Job Description To ensure that the entire Spa area are clean prior to opening and to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the day. Greet all guest in your section with towels and water. To complete setting up and breaking down of all service rooms as designated by management. Constant walk-through of Spa area to make certain it is clean (no trash on the grounds) and tidy. To ensure everything is in a clean and orderly fashion. Have complete knowledge of items sold at towel stand and their prices. Inspect entire area replacing any missing items and/or repairing (when possible) any items needing attention. Requirements Education High school or equivalent education required. Experience Previous luxury hospitality experience required.
