I. Job Summary Primarily responsible for the smooth, efficient client journey; greeting, orientation to facilities, assigning lockers and guiding guests to the relaxation lounges. Also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the locker rooms, relaxation lounges and fitness facilities. II. Essential Job Functions Adheres to all Carillon Miami Beach standards for guest service. Takes ownership of guests problems or complaints, and refer situations to a supervisor or manager if unable to fully satisfy the guest. Takes care of guest needs, ensuring that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept impeccably neat and clean, and in safe condition at all times. Monitors guests, ensuring their safety by showing them proper use of facilities; Maintains the lounge and assists the guests in the lounge area Restocks linen and laundry in all areas of the spa and transports soiled linens to the laundry facilities. Performs other job-related duties as directed. Provide assistance to guests in the operation of spa amenities and the basic operation of Fitness equipment. Maintain the order and cleanliness of group exercise studios and fitness equipment in all fitness areas. Monitors and maintains the entire facility, notifying Maintenance immediately when facilities need servicing. Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
